1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 banana, peeled and sliced

1 tsp. grated fresh ginger

1 tsp. grated fresh turmeric (or ½ tsp. ground turmeric)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)

1 Tbsp. honey (optional)

Ice cubes

Step 1

Add the chopped mango, sliced banana, grated ginger, turmeric, and almond milk to a blender.

Step 2

If desired, add a tablespoon of honey for sweetness.

Step 3

Blend on high until the ingredients are smooth and well combined.

Step 4
